Stayed at a cute little cottage 1/2 block from a Lake Superior sandy beach on Park Point, just off the Lift Bridge in Duluth.

Dinner was at Canal Brewery
Saturday 9-17 we headed up the north shore of Lake Superior
to Gooseberry Falls

Had lunch at the Rustic Inn Cafe near Two Harbors
I highly recommend the Onion Rings and the Pie!!!
Next we drove to Split Rock Lighthouse, toured the original site and went into the park to two different beaches.

Such a beautiful place and a beautiful day.
Sunday we walked from Park Point downtown to JJ Aster rotating restaurant for breakfast. I highly recommend the chocolate chip
buttermilk pancakes!!!!
